The Draft Under the Door
Winter Warriors
It's March. It's still -15 at night. And if you're sliding a towel under your front door to keep the draft out... That's not normal. That's not "old house charm." That's heat escaping. Money leaving your house every hour of every day. A properly installed door with good weatherstripping shouldn't let a single whisper of cold air in. Been seeing this every winter for 30 years. The towel trick buys you another season. New door solves it for the next 25. What's under your door right now? — Reg

The Tariff Warning (Urgency)

I'm going to be straight with you. The aluminum tariffs that hit in March 2026 are already pushing material costs up. Window and door manufacturers have been warning us about price increases for months. Here's what that means for you: The estimate you get today is cheaper than the estimate you'll get in 6 months. We've been ordering materials and locking in pricing where we can, but I can't promise that holds forever. What's the Difference: Double vs Triple Pane?
Smart Homeowner
Double-pane vs triple-pane windows — which is right for Northern Ontario? Short answer: triple-pane is almost always worth it here. Double-pane is fine for milder climates. But when you're looking at -30 winters and heating costs the way we have them in this region, that extra layer of glass and gas makes a real difference. We install both — and I'll always tell you honestly which one makes sense for your home and budget. Call for a free estimate: (705) 980-0895 qualitycontracting.ca

The Real Cost of Doing Nothing
Money Matters
Homeowners ask me: "Is it worth replacing my windows now or should I wait?" Here's how I think about it. Old, leaky windows can add $30 to $80 to your hydro bill every month. Sometimes more. That's $360 to $960 a year. Just going out through your old windows. Wait 5 years? You've spent $1,800 to $4,800 on heat that never stayed in your house. New windows with proper installation typically pay for themselves in 8 to 12 years in energy savings alone. And that's not counting comfort. Not counting the fact that your living room finally stays warm. Not counting the fact that your furnace doesn't run as hard. The cost of waiting isn't zero. It just comes out of a different pocket. — Reg

The Family That Stopped Wearing Coats Indoors
Transformation Stories
True story. We did a full window replacement last fall for a family in North Bay. 1980s bungalow, original windows, single-pane in some rooms. The husband told me they'd been putting on a second layer before sitting in the living room on winter nights. We put in 12 new triple-pane windows. Canadian-made. Proper installation — no shortcuts. He called me in January to say they finally turned the thermostat down two degrees because the house was staying warm on its own. That's not a sales pitch. That's just what good windows do. If your house feels like that — drafts, cold spots, high bills — that's fixable. We've been fixing it since 1996. Free in-home estimate with me personally. Financing — $200/Month for New Windows
Money Matters
A lot of homeowners put off windows and doors because they think they have to have the full amount sitting in a bank account. You don't. We work with Financeit — they offer financing up to $100,000 with monthly payments that fit a real budget. For context: a solid window upgrade for a 3-bedroom bungalow — let's say 8 windows — might run $12,000 to $16,000 installed. On a 10-year financing plan, that's roughly $130 to $175 a month. Some of that comes back in energy savings immediately. And you're living in a warmer, more comfortable home starting the day we finish the job. You've been paying the "cold house tax" for years. There's another way to look at this. Want to see what the numbers look like for your home? Call Reg: (705) 980-0895 qualitycontracting.ca — Reg

What to Ask Before Hiring a Window Company
Smart Homeowner
Three questions every homeowner should ask before hiring a window and door contractor: 1. "Do you inspect existing frames before installing?" (Most don't. We do.) 2. "Who does the actual installation — your crew or subcontractors?" (Our crew. Always.) 3. "What's the warranty on the workmanship, not just the product?" (We offer dual coverage.) Local vs. Franchise — The Honest Comparison
The Reg Difference
I've had a lot of homeowners come to me after getting quotes from the big national window companies. They're frustrated. They got a salesperson, a measuring guy, a scheduler, and a crew — none of whom knew each other — and when something went wrong, nobody seemed to own it. Here's how we work differently: I answer the phone. I come out and quote. My crew does the install. I come back on the last day to walk through with you. If there's ever a problem — which is rare, but it happens — you're calling one number and talking to the person responsible. That's not a marketing line. That's just the only way I know how to run a business. Been doing it that way since 1996. — Reg Quality Contracting | (705) 980-0895 | qualitycontracting.ca

Why I Still Come Out for Every Quote
The Reg Difference
Someone asked me last week why I still come out personally for every estimate when I could just send someone. Honest answer: because it matters. Every house is different. Every homeowner has different concerns. You can't quote a window job properly from a photo. I've been doing this since 1996. I've seen what happens when a job is rushed, or when someone cuts corners because they didn't look closely enough at the actual situation. Coming out personally lets me catch problems before they become surprises. It lets me give a real price instead of a vague range. And it gives the homeowner a chance to ask me anything — face to face. That's the only way I know how to do it right. Have a good Sunday. — Reg

The Condensation Problem Nobody Talks About
Smart Homeowner
See that fog or moisture between your window panes? That's not humidity. That's a failed seal. When the argon or krypton gas that insulates the space between panes escapes, moisture gets in. Fog forms. And no matter how much you clean it, it won't go away — because it's between the panes. A lot of people live with this for years thinking it's cosmetic. It's not. That window has lost its insulating value. You're paying to heat the outdoors. The only fix is replacing the glass unit or the whole window. The Seller's Dilemma — New Windows Before Listing
Transformation Stories
Thinking about selling your home in the next year or two? New windows and siding are two of the highest ROI improvements you can make before listing. Here's why: First impressions. Buyers see the exterior before they ever walk in. Dated, worn siding or cloudy old windows signals "maintenance issues" to a buyer. Inspection leverage. When a home inspector flags old windows, buyers ask for a price reduction — often more than the windows actually cost to replace. Energy ratings. Homes with high-efficiency windows often show better on listing sheets, and buyers are paying attention. We've done pre-sale upgrades for several homeowners in North Bay and the Sudbury area. The ones who invested came out ahead at the table. Let me come out and tell you honestly what would give you the best return. Free estimate — I come personally. Insulated Siding — What's the Difference?
Smart Homeowner
Not all vinyl siding is the same. And one of the biggest differences most homeowners don't know about is insulation. Standard vinyl siding is hollow. It looks good but doesn't add any thermal value to your walls. Insulated vinyl siding has a foam backing bonded directly to the panel. It adds an extra layer of thermal resistance between your living space and the outside air. In Northern Ontario, that matters. It also reduces thermal bridging — which is when heat escapes through the studs in your walls, not just through the insulation bays. That's a real thing that standard siding doesn't address. Is it more expensive? Yes. About 15-20% more installed. Is it worth it? For most homes in this climate, I'd say yes. Happy to walk you through the numbers on your specific house. That's what I'm here for. — Reg (705) 980-0895 | qualitycontracting.ca

FAQ Objection — "I'll Wait Until Summer"
Money Matters
I hear this a lot: "I'll wait until summer to do the windows." Here's the thing — that's exactly what everyone else is thinking too. Summer is our busiest season. Spring is when we have the most flexibility to get people scheduled quickly. By June, we're often booked 6–8 weeks out. By July, sometimes longer. March and April? We can usually get you done within a few weeks. Plus — every month you wait with leaky windows is another month of extra heating costs. In March, you're still heating. You're still losing money through those old frames. The job can start any time weather cooperates. And in Northern Ontario, that's most days. If you're thinking summer, start the conversation now. Get your estimate, pick your product, get on the schedule. Then it happens when you want it to. Call me today: (705) 980-0895 qualitycontracting.ca — Reg

Canadian-Made vs Imported Windows
Smart Homeowner
CAPTION: Does it matter where your windows are made? For Northern Ontario — yes. Canadian-made vinyl is formulated for our climate. The freeze-thaw cycle here is brutal on materials. Vinyl expands and contracts with temperature. Cheap imports aren't engineered for that range. We source Canadian-made products. Not because of the marketing — because they last longer in our climate and they're backed by warranties that actually apply here. Buy local, build local. Here's something most contractors don't do. After my crew finishes the install, I come back. Personally. Not to collect the cheque and leave — to walk through the finished job with you. What to expect in the first few weeks — a little settling is normal, here's what to watch for. Warranty information — you should know exactly what's covered by the product manufacturer and what's covered by us. Any final touch-up needed — trim, caulking, cleanup inside and out. Energy Rebates — Don't Leave Money on the Table
Money Matters
If you're replacing windows or upgrading your home's envelope this year, there are government and utility rebate programs that can put money back in your pocket. The $5 Caulk Tube vs the $5,000 Rot Repair
Smart Homeowner
True story from last season. We got a call from a homeowner in Sturgeon Falls. Had some moisture damage along a basement wall. Traced it back to a failing seal around a window that had been "almost ready to fix" for about four years. A $5 tube of caulk and 20 minutes. That was the fix — four years ago. The actual repair — replacing the window, drying out the frame, treating the moisture damage — ran into the thousands. I'm not telling you this to scare you. I'm telling you this because a spring inspection around your windows, doors, and siding takes 20 minutes and catches exactly this kind of thing. Walk around your house this weekend. Look for gaps in the caulking around frames. Look for any daylight coming through around doors. If you find something you're not sure about, call me. I'll tell you straight what it is and what it costs to fix. — Reg (705) 980-0895

Ron and Sylvia in Sudbury called us last spring. Their 1979 split-level had original windows. They'd been getting quotes for two years but kept putting it off. Six weeks later, we installed 14 new triple-pane windows. My crew did the work. I came back for the walkthrough. Ron called me in November to say his propane bill was down almost $200 that month compared to the year before. That's not unusual. That's what good windows do in a Northern Ontario house. FAQ — "How Much Do New Windows Cost?"
Money Matters
The most common question I get: "What does it cost to replace windows?" I'll give you the honest range — but understand that every house is different. Single window replacement (one window, standard size): $600–$1,200 installed. Full home replacement (typical 3-bedroom bungalow, 8–12 windows): $8,000–$18,000 installed. Larger homes or specialty windows (bay, bow, picture): can go higher. What drives the price: → Number of windows → Size and style (casement, double-hung, fixed) → Glass package (double vs triple pane) → Frame condition — if there's rot or damage, that adds cost → Finishing — interior and exterior trim work The only way to give you an accurate number is to see your house. That's why I come out personally. No guessing, no ranges — an actual price. Call me this week. I'll come out and give you a real number. (705) 980-0895 | qualitycontracting.ca — Reg

Choosing a Door Style — What Reg Recommends
Smart Homeowner
When homeowners ask me what door they should put in, my first question is always: "What problem are you trying to solve?" If it's drafts and energy loss — you want a solid-core steel or fibreglass door with compression weatherstripping. The decorative stuff comes second. If it's curb appeal for a sale — fibreglass is ideal. It takes paint or stain, won't rust or dent, and looks like wood without the maintenance. If it's security — three-point locking systems and a reinforced frame. The door is only as strong as what it's hung in. If it's all three — we have options that check every box. Most homeowners know they want something that "looks good." That's fair. But I'll always make sure it also performs — because Northern Ontario winters don't care how nice your door looks. FAQ Objection — "I Got a Cheaper Quote"
The Reg Difference
I hear this sometimes: "I got a quote from someone else that was cheaper." My answer is always the same: "That's worth looking at carefully." Here's what I ask homeowners to compare: What product is being installed? Is it Canadian-made? What's the glass package? Who does the actual installation? The owner? A subcontractor? The Hydro Bill Truth
Money Matters
Hydro bills in Northern Ontario are not going down. That's just the reality. But here's something most people don't think about: a significant portion of what you're paying isn't heating your home — it's heating the outdoors. Windows and doors can account for 25-30% of home heat loss. In a house with old single-pane or poorly sealed double-pane windows, it can be higher. You're essentially running your furnace harder to compensate for what's leaking out through the glass and frames. Better windows don't just make your house more comfortable. They reduce how hard your heating system works. Lower run time, lower bill. It's not a guarantee — every house is different. But the physics are simple. The 1970s House Problem
Winter Warriors
Northern Ontario is full of 1970s and 1980s homes. They were built solid. Good bones. But those original windows — if they've never been replaced — are now 40 to 50 years old. The seal technology in windows from that era wasn't what it is today. The glass packages were thinner. The frames weren't designed for decades of freeze-thaw cycles. If your house was built between 1965 and 1990 and the windows are original, there's a very good chance you're heating the outdoors every single winter. Not a sales pitch. Just the math. Spring Walk — What to Look For Outside
Smart Homeowner
Nice day out? Take 15 minutes and walk around your house. Here's what to look at: Windows — Any visible cracking in the frame or caulking? Any discoloration that might indicate moisture? Any daylight gaps around the frame when you look from inside? Doors — Does the storm door close tight? Any visible sagging on the hinges that would affect the seal? Siding — Any panels that look wavy, faded in patches, or pulling away from the house? Any gaps near corners, windows, or door frames? Soffit and fascia — Not our trade, but worth noting if there's damage — it tells you something about how water has been moving. You don't need to know what any of it means. Just take photos of anything that looks off, and call me. I'll look at the photos and tell you straight what you're dealing with. — Reg (705) 980-0895

The Sound Test — Are Your Windows Too Loud?
Winter Warriors
Here's one people don't think about: sound. Good windows aren't just about heat. They're about noise. Triple-pane glass with proper framing significantly reduces sound transmission. If you live near a road, a highway, or a busy intersection — you'd be amazed at the difference. I've had homeowners tell me they didn't realize how loud their house was until after we replaced the windows. Then suddenly they could have a conversation in the living room while cars went by outside. Not your primary reason to replace windows, maybe. But worth knowing. Quick test: sit near your window at night with the TV off. What do you hear from outside? — Reg

FAQ — "Do We Have to Be Home During the Install?"
The Reg Difference
One of the most common questions we get: "Do we have to be home while you're installing the windows?" Short answer: for the beginning and end of the job — ideally yes. During the work itself — not necessarily. Here's why: At the start, I like to walk the crew through with you present. Show them exactly which windows, go over any concerns, confirm the scope of work. During the install itself, our crew is professional and experienced. They don't need a homeowner present to work. At the end, we do the final walkthrough together. That's the important one. So if you're working and can pop home at the start and end — that's enough. We work around real people's real schedules. Always have. Ready to book? Call me: (705) 980-0895 qualitycontracting.ca

The "Inspect Before Install" Promise
The Reg Difference
Here's something most window companies skip that we never do. Before any new window goes in, we look at what's there now. We check the frame for rot or moisture damage. We look at the rough opening — is it still square and level after decades of settle? We check flashing and drainage. Why does this matter? Because if you install a brand-new window in a rotted or out-of-square opening, you've wasted your money. The new window will perform just as poorly as the old one. And you'll have problems — drafts, leaks, condensation — that you'll blame on the new product when the actual issue is the install. We catch those problems before they become your problem. Pre-installation inspection. It's standard for us. It should be standard everywhere. — Reg (705) 980-0895 | qualitycontracting.ca

Spring Home Maintenance — Northern Ontario Tips

Spring in Northern Ontario means it's time to check what winter left behind. For windows and doors specifically: • Look for any new cracking or separation in exterior caulking • Check weatherstripping on all entry doors — replace if compressed or torn • Open and close all windows — do they operate smoothly? • Look for any frost staining on interior trim (sign of air infiltration) Small issues caught now are cheap to fix. Customer Story — The Verner Farmhouse
Transformation Stories
Had a job last summer that sticks with me. A couple in Verner — not far from where we're based — farmhouse built in the 1960s. Original windows throughout. Single-pane aluminum frames. The wife called and said, "We heat with propane and our bills are outrageous. Someone told us it might be the windows." We came out. Did a full assessment. The windows were the worst I'd seen in years — every one of them a direct heat transfer path to outside. We installed 16 new triple-pane windows across the house. Full job, three days. She called me in December. Propane usage that month was 40% less than the same month the year before. 40%. On a farmhouse out in the bush, that's a real number. That's hundreds of dollars a month. That's what we do. If your bills are telling you something's wrong — give us a call. Free estimate. I come out myself. (705) 980-0895 | qualitycontracting.ca — Reg

The Spring Cleaning Connection

Spring cleaning season. While you're wiping down windows this weekend, take 30 seconds to actually look at them. From the inside: → Any discoloration or staining at the corners of the frame? That's moisture. → Any black marks in the corners of the glass? That could be mold. → Does the window open and close smoothly, or is it stiff and sticky? From the outside (if you can safely get close): → Is the caulking cracked or pulling away from the frame? → Any soft spots if you gently press on the frame? You're already there cleaning. What a Good Window Actually Feels Like
Transformation Stories
I've had homeowners tell me they didn't know what a good window felt like until they got new ones. That sounds obvious. But here's what they mean. When you walk past a new triple-pane window in winter, there's no cold radiating off it. The glass feels nearly room temperature. No draft. No cold zone by the sofa you've been unconsciously avoiding for years. You can stand right next to the window and not feel cold. That's what good windows feel like. 5 Video Script Concepts

All designed to be shot on a phone by Reg or a crew member. No production needed. Authentic wins.

Video Script 1 — "The Candle Test" (30 seconds)

Platform: Instagram Reel + Facebook. Format: Vertical. Shoot near a window.
[Reg holds a lit candle near a window frame] "This is the candle test. If this flame moves — you've got a draft coming in." [Show flame flickering visibly] "That's cold air coming in and warm air going out. Every hour of every day. On your hydro bill. Now watch this." [Move candle to a well-sealed window or sealed area — flame stays still] "See the difference? No movement. Proper seal. Go try this in your house right now. If the flame moves near any of your windows — give us a call. Quality Contracting. Northern Ontario. 30 years. (705) 980-0895."

Video Script 2 — "The Paper Test" (30 seconds)

Platform: Instagram Reel + Facebook. Format: Vertical. Shoot at a front door.
[Reg holds a piece of paper against a closed door frame] "Close your door on a piece of paper. Then try to pull it out. [Demonstrates pulling paper out with no resistance] If it slides right out like this? Your weatherstripping is done. Cold air is getting in every single day. A properly sealed door holds the paper. You feel resistance. [Moves to a demo of proper resistance — or describes it] This is a five-dollar fix if it's just the weatherstripping. Or it might be time for a new door. Either way — give us a call. We'll tell you honestly what you need. Quality Contracting — (705) 980-0895."

Video Script 3 — "Why I Still Come Out Personally" (60 seconds)

Platform: Facebook primarily. Format: Horizontal or vertical. Reg to camera, job site or office background.
[Reg speaks directly to camera — casual, honest] "People ask me why I still come out to every estimate personally. I've been doing this 30 years. Why not just send someone? Here's the honest answer. Every house is different. Every homeowner has different concerns. You can't price a window job from a photo — and you definitely can't price it off a phone call. When I come out, I look at the frames. I check what's actually there. I catch problems before they become surprises on install day. And I get to meet you. Answer your questions face to face. I've seen what happens when a job is rushed, or when someone gives a number without really looking at the situation. It ends up costing the homeowner more. That's not how I do business. If you want windows, doors, or siding done right — call me. I'll come out personally and give you a real answer. Reg Piquette. Quality Contracting. (705) 980-0895."

Video Script 4 — "Before and After Walk-Through" (45 seconds)

Platform: Facebook + Instagram. Format: Walking shot, before and after a job. Requires a finished install to film.
[Reg walks up to a freshly completed job — stands in front of the house] "This house — when we showed up two days ago, the windows were original. 1978. Single-pane aluminum frames. You could feel cold air standing a foot away from them. [Pan to one of the new windows, close up] Now look at this. New triple-pane. Canadian-made. Proper flashing. Tight install. [Put hand near window — no cold radiating] No cold. No draft. And the homeowner is not here right now because they're at work — but I'll be back at the end of the day for the final walkthrough with them. That's how we do every job. [Turn to camera] If your windows look like what this house used to look like — give us a call. Quality Contracting — (705) 980-0895."

Video Script 5 — "The Honest Price Talk" (45 seconds)

Platform: Facebook primarily. Format: Reg at desk or kitchen table — conversational.
[Reg, casual, direct to camera] "I want to talk about price for a second. People call around for window quotes and they get a huge range. One company says eight thousand. Another says twelve. Another says forty. Why such a big difference? A few reasons. The product is different. The warranty is different. Who does the installation is different. We're not the cheapest quote you'll get in Northern Ontario. I'll tell you that upfront. What we are is honest. Canadian-made windows. Our own crew on every install. Me personally on every estimate and every final walkthrough. Dual warranty — product and workmanship. I've seen what happens when people take the cheap quote. I've had homeowners call me to fix what the cheap quote did. It ends up costing more. If you want to compare — call me. I'll walk through the differences line by line with you. No sales pressure. Just information. (705) 980-0895."

Content Production Guide — What Reg Needs to Do

Photo Priority List — Shoot These First

  • 1Before/after exterior shots of any past jobs (siding, windows, doors) — this is the highest-value content
  • 2Reg on a job site — measuring, inspecting, walking with a homeowner. Candid preferred.
  • 3Crew working on an install — professional, clean, safe
  • 4Close-up of a newly installed window from inside — clean trim, tight fit
  • 5Close-up of weatherstripping, seals, flashing — shows craftsmanship
  • 6Reg doing the final walkthrough with a homeowner
  • 7Common problem photos — foggy window, cracked caulking, draft blocker towel at door, old siding
  • 8Reg speaking to camera (for video) — just his kitchen or office is fine

Weekly Posting Workflow

  • MonReview the 3 posts for the week ahead. Confirm photos are available. Schedule or queue in Meta Business Suite + GBP.
  • DailyPost 3 pieces (one per platform). Use the calendar as your guide.
  • Tue/ThuCheck comments and respond same day — especially on conversion posts. Every comment = opportunity.
  • WeeklyReview what performed. Double down on what got comments or shares.
  • MonthlyRefresh 3-5 posts with new photos from recent jobs. Before/afters never get old.
  • OngoingWhen a job finishes, take 3 photos before the crew packs up. This is your future content library.

Recurring Post Templates

Once a format works, repeat it. These templates can be reused monthly:

  • Customer Story — "A homeowner in [city] called us..." format. New story each time.
  • Did You Know? — Stat + brief explanation + soft CTA
  • FAQ Answer — One question, Reg's direct answer
  • Before/After — Before photo, day gap, after photo with results
  • Tip of the Week — Home maintenance tip, no hard sell

What NOT to Post

  • Generic stock photos that don't look like Northern Ontario
  • Long paragraphs with no line breaks
  • Posts that are just "We sell windows! Call us!"
  • Anything that sounds like a used car lot
  • Competitor name-drops (even negative ones)
  • Guaranteed savings numbers you can't back up
  • Multiple CTAs in one post — pick one

Boost Budget Recommendations

With a $5/day Facebook ad budget, prioritize these for boosting:

  • Financing posts — Always high performers
  • Pricing FAQ — "How much do windows cost?" — high intent
  • Customer stories — Emotional, shareable
  • Tariff urgency — Time-sensitive converts well
  • Before/after photos — Best visual content
  • Target: homeowners 40–68, North Bay + Sudbury + 50km radius, homeowner interest

Hashtag Strategy by Platform

Facebook

Use 1-3 hashtags max. Facebook users don't browse hashtags. Keep focus on the copy. Only use if the post is about a local topic (#NorthBayON).

Instagram — Always Use 6-10

#NorthBayON #NorthernOntario #SudburyON #WindowReplacement #VinylSiding #DoorReplacement #NorthernOntarioLife #HomeImprovement #QualityContracting #LocalContractor

GBP

No hashtags on GBP posts — not supported. Focus on natural keyword language: "North Bay window contractor," "Sudbury siding installation," etc.

Performance Metrics — What to Track

For a local contractor page starting from zero (or near zero), these are realistic 30-day benchmarks. Measure at day 30, then set new targets.

3-8%
Facebook Engagement Rate
Target for a local contractor page. National brand average is 0.5-1%. Local = much higher.
5-15
Inbound Calls/Month from Social
Ask every caller "How did you hear about us?" Track this manually at first.
2-4
GBP Calls/Week
Google Business Profile should drive calls. Check GBP Insights weekly.
+20%
Facebook Page Followers/Month
Consistent posting builds audience. Share posts to North Bay / Sudbury community groups to accelerate.
10-30%
Instagram Reach Growth/Month
Before/after photos and Reels drive the most reach growth. Track via Instagram Insights.
3-5x
Facebook Ad ROAS
At $5/day ($150/month), one booked job covers the ad budget 10x. Track leads from boosted posts specifically.

Monthly Review Checklist

  • Which 3 posts got the most reach? What made them work?
  • Which posts got comments or DMs? Follow up with every commenter.
  • How many calls mentioned social media? Track by asking every caller.
  • GBP insights: calls, website clicks, direction requests. Growing?
  • Instagram: which posts were saved or shared? More of those.
  • Which boosted posts drove actual calls or inquiries?
  • Do you have enough photos for next month? Plan a shoot if not.

The Big Picture

Social media for a local contractor is a trust factory, not a vending machine.

One post won't get Reg a customer. But 90 posts over 30 days — consistently showing up, sharing expertise, being human — builds the kind of reputation where homeowners say "I've been seeing this guy's posts for a while. He seems like a straight shooter. Let me call him."

That's the goal. Not viral. Trusted.

After 30 days: review what worked, refresh the content with new photos and stories, and repeat the best performers. The calendar becomes a template that gets better every cycle.
